How does the personalization service work? What are the steps to follow? What should I expect after paying?
The personalization service can follow two paths,
1) you can use the configurator and draw in complete autonomy.
Choose the sizes
Go to payment or request a quote.
In this case you will be informed and only after that will the production begin which will take place within 2 weeks.
After that your product will be sent with DHL and if you provide telephone and e-mail you can track the parcel by checking it until arrival.
Generally within 2 days of shipment it will be delivered.
The road n. 2 is to use the graphic service of the Vis office, which will draw for you on the indications that you can provide via e-mail (visportware@gmail.com)
You will receive the requested design draft within 1 week. You will be able to accept it and communicate the changes.

We have a large showroom where you can touch and watch the products.
If you live in another country and want to visit the office, you can make an appointment and our assistance service will take care of booking a hotel at advantageous prices near our office.
We will take care of transporting you to the airport or to the train station.

I would like to create an original design and I don't find a design in the configurator that I like. Can I receive the assistance of one of our designers?

If a product has a defect attributable to production, report it within 7 days of receiving the goods. We will evaluate the cause and if it is attributable to us you can send it at your expense and we will send you a compliant article.
What complaints are not accepted?
Complaints will not be accepted after approving drafts that contain unrecognized errors prior to customer approval.
The material produced cannot be corrected.
Please, to avoid unpleasant misunderstandings, check the drafts very well before approving them at the design office.
