If you can consider a short biography I can tell you that it was not easy to get here
Sometimes also because of me, I didn't have the experience to understand something that I understood only after many mistakes.
My first technical preparation after middle school was design.
I studied a lot of software that in the 90s was newborn, corel draw.
When I faced my first work experiences, I used this knowledge of mine in the field of typography and later in the field of plastics, creating gift bags with flexography technology.
I believe that in those years he obtained my preparation in addition to the cumune in "problem solving".
I was always dealing with mechanical problems on very complex machinery and a lot of responsibility, this prepared me for the future, but I only noticed it in the distant future, after 2013.
In the meantime I had other experiences and superficially studied Marketing.
I started a first company in the sanitization field, I brought it to great results in a short time and I saw them die after leaving it in management.
It was a serious blow but I started again from the beginning and in 2004 I started a company called Igen that dealt with embroidery and prints of logos and sponsors on clothing. The ascent was quite fast although problems with members slowed down the race and forced me to sell a piece of company to liquidate members.
This event, despite being very financially committed, gave me the emotional push to bring the company to an important level, acquiring large customers.
Are you thinking that from now on everything went well?
I'm sorry to disappoint you but the 2012 international crisis hit my major customers who failed and did not pay orders to my company for a few hundred thousand euros.
I immediately converted a small department of my company called Igen to produce sportswear.
Initially with many difficulties I began to produce soccer uniforms.
I wanted to do more but the funds were exhausted.
But the beauty was about to begin.
I agreed with Anna as we came from two similar conditions and found it helpful to join forces.
I finished the Marketing courses I had started, then I started looking for professional figures that made the difference, and in 2015 we gave birth to VIS.
We chose Vis as the name because it impersonated exactly what we had become, that is, people who never give up and always get up.
After a year we began serving customers in many parts of Europe and after two years we arrived in America, Canada, Asia and Africa, finding magnificent collaborators.
Today our motto is #NeverGiveUp
I don't regret the difficulties I found along my way because they made me who I am today.
My advice is not to live with the fear of tomorrow, raise your head and live as a man.
